Abraham Hicks Daily Quote

If you make your relationship with your Inner Being your top priority, and you deliberately choose thoughts that allow your alignment, you will consistently offer the greatest advantage to the others with whom you interact. Only when you are aligned with your Source do you have anything to offer another.
If your behavior is influenced by your desire to keep another person happy, you will lose your Connection to your Source. And it is not possible for you to be happy unless you are in alignment with your Source. Without that alignment, you have nothing to offer another.
Our daily meditation process will help you to consistently release resistance and to come into alignment with the power and clarity and love that is really who-you-are—and then anyone who you hold as your object of attention will benefit.
Rather than attempting the impossible task of trying to behave in ways that please others, show them the ease of finding your consistent alignment. You will always find happiness inside your Vortex. And the happiness that they are seeking is inside their Vortex.

Giving Your Mind Body Spirit Exactly What It Needs

Daily Law Of Attraction Quote:

If you wait until your body is completely dehydrated before you drink something or completely emaciated before you eat something, your body can get far out of balance. While it is possible to eventually bring your body back to a state of well-being—it is much easier to maintain a healthy physical balance than to recover it after losing it.
Most people never put themselves into the dramatic situation where they are without water or food to the point of doing damage to their physical bodies; however, it is not uncommon for people to deprive their bodies of something equally important: alignment with Source Energy.
In the same way that it is a good idea to drink when you feel the indication of thirst—and therefore maintain your Well-Being long before dehydration is experienced—it is equally important to change the thought and release resistance at the first indication of negative emotion. For while it is certainly possible to withstand negative emotion for long periods of time, it is not the optimal experience for the cells of your physical body.
When you learn to release resistance in the early, subtle stages, your physical body must thrive. Thriving is what is natural to you.

Daily Law Of Attraction Quotation

You don't have to go back and deal with childhood issues, because those childhood issues produced a vibration within you that you are still offering -- which is producing today issues. You can shift your vibration a whole lot easier when you're dealing with today issues, than trying to deal with childhood issues. It's the same vibration. That vibration that was creating childhood issues, now it's creating today issues. Deal with it in your now. "Which thought feels better? Which thought feels better? Which thought feels better?"

I LOVE This Video!

And I love the concept of looking at where we might be 10 years from now.
Where do you think YOU might be? Where would you like to be?
What are you willing to do to make sure you get there?

Loving The Life You Have

I've posted a clip on Nick Vujicic before. He's such an inspiration that I wanted to post this clip that I just saw. It's easy to complain about little things in our lives, watching this makes me realize that we can always make the best of any situation. We all have challenges, love the life you have and make it the best it can be!

Make Up Your Mind To Be Happy

Being Happy Is An Inside Job

Daily Law of Attraction Quotation

The best thing you could do for anyone that you love, is be happy! And the very worst thing that you could do for anyone that you love, is be unhappy, and then ask them to to try to change it, when there is nothing that anybody else can do that will make you happy. If it is your dominant intent to hold yourself in vibrational harmony with who you really are, you could never offer any action that would cause anybody else to be unhappy.

Life IS short... LiveYour Dream!

This is a post from one of my favorite blogs Married with Luggage by Besty and Warren Talbot:

What do you want your future self to learn about what you are doing right now?

Have you heard that I recently ran a half-marathon?
I can’t imagine how you could have missed it.
I won’t rehash all of it (unless you give me the slightest indication you are interested, of course), but I do want to follow up on a post from a few months ago about motivating your future self. In that post I introduced you to a technique my running partner Betsy Moore uses and how she encouraged me to try it. This is the result of that experiment.
First, a recap.
About 3 months before the big race, BetsyM gave me a blank card with the number “13.1″ on the front. She asked me to write a letter to my future self about what this accomplishment would mean to me and how my life would be changed. I was to give her this note in a sealed envelope, and she would mail it to me after the race was over.
I held on to the note for a few days as I imagined finishing my training, crossing the finish line, and celebrating with the people I love. And then I wrote a note to myself, sealed it up, and gave it to BetsyM. (Funny side note, I had to leave the address blank because I wasn’t sure where we’d be living by the time the race rolled around.)
Over the remaining weeks I forgot about the note as we cleared out the remainder of our possessions and sold our home. Those were very busy days, and I could barely concentrate on my present self, much less my future self.
After the race, I was euphoric. It was so hard and took every ounce of willpower and support I could muster, and crossing that finish line was like nothing I’ve ever experienced.
When we got home I promptly took a nap, and when I woke up I had a card in the mail. Yep, it was the card to myself, and I couldn’t wait to open it to see what I had written.
Letter to myself

Betsy,
You did it! I can’t believe how far you’ve come in the last 8 months. This is a huge accomplishment because you finally started something as a beginner and finished it like a pro, even with injuries and setbacks along the way.
You now know what it means to be persistent.
What will you do now with this new skill?
I’m so proud of you!
Past Betsy
Wow. Past Betsy is kind of a killjoy, isn’t she? First she congratulates me, and then she asks me to start about doing something else? What’s with that chick?
In all seriousness, the card reminded me of the very start of this journey, all the successes and setbacks along the way, and how I pushed through to finish. It really is a metaphor for life – you get out of it what you put into it – and knowing that I can follow something through from absolute beginner to finisher is a game-changer for me.
So, what is next for me?
  • You know where this is going: I’ve signed up for another half-marathon on 9/26/10 before we leave
  • I’ve taken on a pretty big project hosting the Seattle Meet, Plan, Go! event, even though I have no event planning experience.
  • I’ve taken a new approach to writing and marketing the blog using the same training techniques I did for running. As my training builds, the blog gets more popular.
How can you use this technique in your own life?
Completing a goal is a huge deal, and you can make the mileage of that accomplishment last longer by reminding yourself what you wanted to gain in the first place.
  • Write yourself an email and set it to send at a later date (you can do this in Outlook or try a service like LetterMeLater if your email program does not have a delay send feature)
  • Get a friend to mail your card to you on a certain date
  • You can even hide your note and remind yourself at a future date on your calendar when and where to find it
Just remember to write it. And then read it, absorb the lessons, and apply them to your next big goal. That’s the cool thing about crossing the finish line; it inspires you look for your next race.

The Best Things In Life Are Free

And they grow on a tree!
It's mango season once again and I've been in mango heaven since I got back on island.
My favorites are the small Hayden mangoes.
They're a tiny bit tart with a sweet, delicious juicy meat inside. I love them, I could live off them and the best thing is they grow all around me!!

Daily Law of Attraction Quotation

Whenever you are feeling less than good, if you will stop and say, Nothing is more important than that I feel good—I want to find a reason now to feel good, you will find an improved thought.
Anytime you feel negative emotion, you are in the mode of resisting something that you want, and that resistance takes its toll on you. It takes its toll on your physical body, and it takes its toll on the amount of wonderful things that you are allowing to come into your experience.

Living Life With Love

Love is what we really are,  it's what we all want and need.
So many save their love for family members, those they're in special relationships with and  for the
people they feel deserve it. Experiment with love, see how much you can approve of others, see
how much love you can feel,  see how much love you can give away. We don't  need to receive
love from those we give it to. Try showering even the people you don't know with love...it's really
the best way to love yourself. Notice how much richer this makes your life.

Abraham Hicks Daily Quote

Daily Law of Attraction Quotation

Nothing is more debilitating than to care about something you can't do anything about. And you can't do anything about your adult children. You can want better for them, and maybe even begin to provide something for them, but in the long run, you cannot do anything about someone else's vibration other than hold them in the best light you can, mentally, and then project that to them. And sometimes, distance makes that much more possible than being up close to them.

Dear Universe, Thank You!

Dear Universe,
Thank you for all the beauty I see in this world! Thank you for the amazing colors in all the variety of flowers,
their fragrance, the incredible design and detail in each petal. Thank you for such diversity in nature, what magnificence and brilliance!!
Thank you for the sun, what a gift the sun is!! I appreciate the way it blankets me with warmth and refuels my spirit with love. Thank you for my inner being speaking to me, guiding me, and reminding me.
Thank you for always helping me to take care of myself, thank you for inspiration, signs and messages that help keep me on the path to what I love. Thank you for the rich, abundant life I live and the means to continue creating it this way.
Thank you for the blessing that are showered on me each day, watering me like a beautiful garden.
I see what I love and I love what I see! Thank you. More of this please!

Every time you praise something, every time you appreciate something, every time you feel good about something, you are telling the Universe, "More of this, please. More of this, please." Notes From The Universe

Invariably, when big dreams come true, and I mean
BIG, there is a total metamorphosis of one's life.
Their thoughts change, their words change, decisions are made differently, gratitude is tossed about like rice at a
wedding, priorities are rearranged, and optimism
soars.... Yeah, they're almost annoying.

You could have guessed all that, huh?
Would you have guessed that these changes,
invariably, come before, not after, their dream's manifestation?

Woohooooooo,

Abraham-Hicks Daily Quote

Is it possible to be the visionary and the actionary of your own life? Not only possible, it's the way most of you intended it to be. It's the best of all worlds. What can be more exhilarating than to find a dream from the contrast, to fixate on the dream and let it give you pleasure as it grows, and then to watch Law of Attraction bring it into manifestation while you help with your action? Does it get any better than that? You didn't think so as you made the decision to come forth into these physical bodies. You said, "This is the best time in all eternity for a Creator to Create."

This important subject of money and financial success is not the "root of all evil" as many have quoted—nor is it the path to happiness. So when you are able to successfully control something like the subject of money that affects most of you all day, every day, you will have accomplished something rather significant—for not only is it certain that your financial success must improve, but the evidence of that success will then prepare you for deliberate improvement in every aspect of your life experience.

Abraham-Hicks Daily Quote

I want to be the best that I can be. I want to do and have and live in a way that is in harmony with my idea of the greatest goodness. I want to harmonize physically here in this body with that which I believe to be the best, or the good way, of life. If you will make those statements, and then do not take action unless you feel good, you will always be moving upon the path in harmony with your idea of that which is good.

Desire summons Life Force. If we must continue to be alive, we must continue to have new desire. Introducing "The Flower That Shattered The Stone"

This is a beautiful new book done by my friend Tasha Isolani.
It's a songbook with a CD that was created to benefit the Cambodian Children's Fund (CCF).
All profit will be given directly to CCF, a non profit organization.

Here's some history behind The Flower That Shattered The Stone
by Tasha Isolani

Olivia Newton John asked Joe Henry to write a song for her lullaby CD while she was pregnant, so Joe Henry wrote “The Flower That Shattered The Stone”.  John Jarvis, a highly acclaimed song writer, wrote the music for these lyrics.  John Denver, Joe Henry’s very close friend, dreamed of uniting the world with this song, before he died.  When Waylon Jennings died, Steve Wariner sang “The Flower That Shattered The Stone” at the Grand Ole Opry in his honor.   Steve Wariner recorded the song several years before, and since that first recording, he finished all his concerts with the song, “The Flower That Shattered The Stone”.

My friend Mary Jo Braun visited CCF  (Cambodian Children’s Fund:
http://cambodianchildrensfund.org/) in Cambodia and introduced me to the organization.  I was extremely impressed and inspired.  My daughter’s teacher, Mahealani Bearnes taught her 1-3rd grade Montessori class the song “The Flower That Shattered The Stone”, and had our children perform it for a Mother’s Day tea.  It was a powerful moment; one I’ll never forget.  The song stayed with me and touched me profoundly.  While on a run one day an idea popped into my mind: how about a children’s songbook to benefit the kids in Cambodia?

When Joe Henry heard that I wanted to use his and John Jarvis’ song to benefit kids in need, his answer was an immediate “yes”.  He told me that he only hopes that more of us gather to improve the lives of others.  There are so many organizations to help, and so much that each one of us can do.  I have many ideas, and would love to continue to create songbooks to benefit other charities.  If you would like to collaborate, please contact me at tashamagoo@gmail.com
  Thank you,   Tasha Isolani

Abraham-Hicks Daily Quote

Be easy about it. Don't rush into things. Savor them more. Make more plans and be more deliberate and specific about the plans that you are making, and in all that you do, let your dominant intent be to find that which pleasures you as you imagine it. Let your desire for pleasure, your desire for feeling good, be your only guiding light. As you seek those thoughts that feel good, you will always be in vibrational harmony with the Energy that is your Source. And under those conditions, only good can come to you, and only good can come from you.

Abraham-Hicks Daily Quote

How do you ever get the truth to be more the way you want it to be? You've just got to start beating the drums of truth the way you want it to be - and when you do, you will immediately feel good. And there are those who might say, "Oh, you're not facing the fact." And we say, we would never face any fact that was taking us to a place we don't want to be.
There are those who believe that the world is getting more and more desperate. We are here to tell you that the world is getting better and better, and better, and that every experience you have causes you to launch rockets of desires, and Source comes in response to those rockets. And the best thing about your birth and death is that the resistant ones die and the allowing ones are born. And with this combination of contrast that keeps you launching new and new desires, it's no wonder that the Universe is expanding in this marvelous way and that life is getting better, in every day - and in this moment - for everyone who insists on focusing there.

The Better It Gets, The Better It Gets!

I feel very fortunate to have had the experience of having MORE of what I want in my life for a consistent amount of time now. It's fun to see what I desire show up quickly and almost effortlessly. I say almost effortless, because it does take staying on track and being vigilant in keeping my focus on what I DO want and how I want my future to be. It has become easier and easier to notice when my thoughts are leaning in the direction of what I don't want. I'm feeling good so much of the time that when I'm not feeling good I notice it right away, this is when I decide to find something that feels good and that gets me back on track of manifesting my desires  faster. It's also a great way to enjoy my life more right here and now.
The more clear and deliberate you are in creating what you DO want, the more obvious it will be when you are heading in the direction of what you don't want.
The more you practice keeping your thoughts and focus going in the direction of your desires, the easier it all gets and the faster your manifestations happen.
In other words, the better it gets the better it gets...it's not just cliche...it's truth!

Here are a couple of Abraham-Hicks clips that I found to be helpful :

Tell It The Way You Want It To Be

If you're wanting it different than how it is, then start telling the story the way you want it to be.

Abraham-Hicks on Telling a New Story
PhilosophersNotes's picture
Posted by PhilosophersNotes on January 21, 2009 1:32 PM PST
Topic: Inspiration

“You have to begin to tell the story of your life as you now want it to be and discontinue the tales of how it has been or of how it is.” ~ Esther and Jerry Hicks from Money, and the Law of Attraction
I love that. What story are you telling yourself? Are you constantly dredging up all the old hurts and wounds from a bad childhood or ended relationship or illness or any of the millions of things we can all complain about? It's not an effective way to create your ideal life.
Solution: stop telling your old story. Start telling your NEW story. Starting now. Start catching yourself when you’re chatting with friends and the old story starts to come out. Notice it. Shift to the NEW story. When I was first getting into this idea I’d say things like, “Oh! Well that’s my old story. The new story is…”
Powerful stuff. In another Note we’ll go into the science of how all this stuff works. It’s called
“neuro-plasticity” and basically means that our brains are malleable—we can (literally) re-wire our brains/minds/consciousness. Super quickly: Imagine going sledding after a fresh snow. Nothing but pristine white snow. You walk up with your sled and take the first trip down for the day. You go this way and that and get to the bottom. Your course was pretty random, yah? Then, you walk back up again. And you come back down. Odds are you’re going to hit some of the grooves you created from the first trip. You do it again and again and again. Now, by the end of the day, you’re likely to have grooved a pretty strong little sled-trail—making the odds that you head down the same route and wind up at the same destination PRETTY STRONG. Make sense?
That’s pretty much how our brains are. We’ve spent DECADES thinking the same thoughts. We’re GROOVED so strongly that when something happens we literally don’t even have to think for a moment for our old patterns to play themselves out. (Like taking the sled up for a ride at the end of the day with the tracks in place.)
The solution? You’ve gotta put a road block up on the normal path. In this case, you’ve gotta STOP telling your old story and START telling your new. So, if you’re truly committed to creating your ideal life, STOP telling your old story. STOP STOP STOP. Don’t let a negative sentence complete itself. Instead, start telling the amazing story of your new, gloriously unfolding life. Starting Now. :)

In order to tell a new story, you don't have to figure out exactly what the change would be or how it would feel or how it would come about. You just need to ease yourself into a feeling of more hopeful around this.

This is an except from a Boston workshop:

"You just gotta tell the story the way you want it to be. And what we notice is, at first your story will be sort of like this.

"I don't like it this way at all. I don't like it this way at all. I don't like it. I don't like it. I don't like it. I don't like it. It's  not fair. I don't like it, it's not fair."

But then, as you start telling a new story, your story will sound like "I'd like it to be different. I'd like it to be different. I'd like it to be different but I don't see that it's very different. I'd like it to be different but I don't see it's very different. I'd like it to be different but I don't see it's very different. I'd like it to be different but I don't see it's very different.  I'd like it to be different but I don't see it's very different."

You can stay in that holding pattern your whole life. "I'd like it to be different but I don't see it's very different. I'd like it to be different but I don't see it's very different."

But now hear this story. "I'd like it to be different. I want it to be different. I hope it will be different. It doesn't look different." That much difference in your story will help it be different.

"I want it to be different. I hope it will be different. I'd really like it to be different. It's not different." Can you feel the difference? Before it was want it, don't have it, want it, don't have it, want it, don't have it. Now it's want it, hope it, really hope it, really want it, don't have it. More air time over here, did you see?

"I want it to be different, I'd like it to be different, I see some things are a little different... this isn't different." Mmmm... Better story.

"I want it to be different. I've noticed it's becoming a little different. It's not as different as I would like it to be, but it's different."

"Oooh, I like this different story. The manifestation hasn't come yet, but I'm feeling better in the story." "I wish you'd come along.... But! I'm feeling better in this different story. I'm feeling better, I'm feeling better, things are loosening up. Ooh, did I tell you that this happened? Something good happened, something good happened, something good happened." Milk it!

"Something good happened, something really good happened, something really good happened, something really good happened, something really good happened!" Call everybody you know. "Something really good happened, something really good happened, something really good happened, something really good happened."

How To Create A Life You Love

In order to live a life you love, you must be deliberate in your planning and actions. It doesn't happen by accident. Creating a successful, fun life is like anything else you wish to achieve. You  create your  life the way it is with simple routine things that make up your day. You wake up, make your coffee (or in my case, fresh juice), take a shower, brush your teeth etc.
You plan your day segment by segment. It's the same thing with planning your future, you just go out a little further than you would for the one day. Let's say you want to create a habit of walking every morning before work or in the evenings after dinner. You need to be deliberate in scheduling in the time for that just as you do brushing your teeth. It doesn't need to be a long walk, you can start with 15 minutes. ( that's better than no walk )
And let's say you want to start writing that book you always wanted to write. Get yourself a note book or open a file on your computer and start writing. Write whatever comes to mind. Take notes, create categories, write down your thoughts and ideas. You can always organize it later.
Create the time in your day, maybe 30 minutes in the evening, instead of watching that television sitcom or the news, and use that time for creating your dreams. Gradually add in more things you've been wanting to do and find 15 minutes here and there to organize that closet or start a project you've put off. It doesn't take as much time as you'd think. What it does take is organizing and following through.Your day is filled with time that slips through the cracks, that time is valuable. I've noticed, when I'm doing the things I love, time seems to stand still. It's really interesting. What is it that you love? What do want out of this life experience?
What would you be doing and how would you be living if you were living a life that makes you smile, that makes you sing? Use your time to do the things you've always wanted to do and soon you'll be living a life you love.

2010 Is Going To Be A Great Year!

My Next Post will Be: How To Create A Life You Love
What do you love?
What would your life look like if you could be living the life you love right now?

Abraham-Hicks Daily Quote

Complaining about anything, holds you in the place of refusing to receive the things you've been asking for. Justifying about anything holds you in the place of refusing to let in the very things that you've been asking for. Blaming someone, holds you in the place of refusing to let in the things that you've been asking for. Feeling guilty, feeling angry, it doesn't matter what you call it, it is a refusal, not a conscious one. You're asking; you can't help but ask. The Universe is yielding; it must yield. It's a big question, folks: why aren't you letting it in?
